Details
This sale is for one handmade breadboard.
These beautiful bread boards were inspired by pieces that originated in the late 1800s and early 1900s in the cottages and farmhouses in the English countryside. Historically, these boards were used for slicing bread or as a centerpiece on the family table as a symbol of daily life where bread was the heart of each meal.
This modern interpretation (not vintage) preserves the history and heritage of past bread boards from England. Each board is carved from real wood and is finished by hand. No two boards are exactly the same as natural wood variations ensure that every board is one-of-a-kind.
Please note that during the engraving process, each board is rotated on a wheel using a center point. Because of this, a unique circle will be present on every board. This is part of the crafting process and is not a defect.
These boards measure 14ā by 14ā by 1.6ā in size.
