This is a vintage set of two mid-century modern oil and vinegar cruets in the iconic style of Lagardo Tackett. They feature a modern taper off-white, but stained (color variations from off-white to Beige based on staining) cruet design with handwritten scripted lettering and a small red dot on each bottle.
These cruet bottles measure about 7.4” tall and are 1.75” in diameter around the bottom base.
They have no chips, but the vinegar bottle has a few hairline cracks around its upper rim from staining. You cannot feel these tiny lines and they do not affect the integrity of this bottle. Both bottles have character crazing and staining, with the vinegar bottle having the most. I love the stains and crazing as they attest to the age and history of these collectible pieces. Unfortunately, the corks are missing from the top of each bottle. But, you can purchase corks at any craft shop should you wish to add them to the bottles.
