This gorgeous platter was made by W.H. Grindley & Co. in Staffordshire, England circa 1896. It features Grindley’s flow blue Marechal Neil design and has its globe backstamp and English registry Rd No. 269030 from circa 1896. It also has a pretty scalloped rim and beautiful base where the blue color flows into the white base.
This platter is in very good condition with no chips and beautiful cobalt blue colors. It may have some brown or gray spots from age.
It measures about 16” long by 11.5” wide and is about 1.5” tall.
