Details
This is a very small vintage gold-tone metal religious pin, to commemorate a First Holy Communion. It depicts a chalice or cup with a wafer and “IHS” on the wafer. It was likely made in Italy and is a collectible piece for vintage religious items.
The last photo shows it next to a penny so you can get an idea of how small this pin is.
