This is a mid-century, mini vintage, impasto floral still-life oil painting housed in an ornate distressed gold-tone frame.
The back is labeled by the frame maker, E.A. RIBA Co., Inc. out of Brooklyn, New York. It was made between the 1950s and 1970s. It’s a classic Hollywood Regency frame.
The artwork is signed and was probably commissioned to a studio or factory artist to paint for a department or decor company.
It’s in very good condition with no chips or scuffs and measures about 5” by 6” in size framed.
It has a circular hook for wall hanging or display it as a tabletop piece with other decor. It’s a sweet vintage oil painting and a nice collectible piece of mid-century decor.
