Details

This is a Beautiful English antique flow blue dinner plate with florals. It was made by the Grimwade Brothers in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England between 1897 and 1900, just before the company transitioned into a limited corporation at the turn of the century.
It features a blue Victorian pattern and measures about 9.3” in diameter. It is from the Grimwades Tyrol pattern.

This plate is in good condition with no chips. You may find tiny brown age spots and pitted areas on the back side from this 125 year old plate. It appears to have had gold trim around the rim, but it is pretty much worn away. The back side has blue on its white base from the production process where the blue “flowed” into its white base.
This plate makes a nice addition to any flow blue collection.
