This is a vintage copper-plated “Gourmet” utensil holder, possibly made by Baker, Hart & Stuart (there is no maker’s mark).
It measures about 4.2” in diameter by 5.5” tall. It has tarnish spots and a dent along the bottom rim as shown in the last photo.
It makes a pretty utensil holder or it can be filled with greens or florals for farmhouse or rustic decor.
